The first "Group Standard for the Quality of Active Protein OEM" in China's protein powder OEM industry has been officially released and implemented recently, which clearly stipulates core indicators such as the technical parameters of low-temperature activity-locking technology, the minimum threshold of active protein retention rate, and the error range of batch consistency, filling the gap of no unified specification in China's active protein processing field before. Jointly drafted by 22 leading OEM enterprises and universities and scientific research institutes, this standard was officially implemented after nearly three years of industry research, data verification and public consultation. It fills the standard gap in China's segmented field, will promote the whole industry to eliminate nearly 30% of small processing plants with low production capacity and low compliance, further standardize the market competition order, and guide the entire protein nutrition OEM track to develop in a benign direction of high quality and high compliance. At present, 127 OEM enterprises have completed the standard compliance rectification, and the overall industry compliance rate has increased to 94%.
