China's protein powder OEM industrial belt has recently officially launched a dual-track raw material access plan of "direct pasture procurement + direct factory control", realizing full-chain data direct connection with non-GMO soybean bases in Heilongjiang and grass-fed milk source pastures in the South Island of New Zealand. The whole process information of raw material planting, breeding, harvesting and transportation can be traced and queried. Before being put into storage, all protein raw materials must undergo LC-MS/MS liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to confirm the integrity of active peptides, so as to eliminate the long-standing industry problems of false labeling of protein content and inferior raw materials from the source. After the implementation of this plan, OEM enterprises have saved the circulation cost of multi-layer middlemen, the raw material procurement cost has been reduced by an average of 18%, while the stability of raw material quality has been improved by 32%, benefiting nearly 100 cooperating brands across the country, and enabling end consumers to buy cost-effective protein products with more guaranteed quality. At present, 32 leading OEM enterprises have officially joined this access system.
